Can't log in
I have tried repeatedly to reset my password. Rubmapa sends me a link to reset password and I do but every time I try to log in it says this email already in use and it won't let me in.

I tried to sign into my account, but I get a notice of incorrect username or password. I tried to change my password but I can't send the message because I keep getting "Captcha Validation Error".
After several attempts on my iPhone, I thought I'd try on my computer but it's the same deal. So then I tried to send you a message to report my problem, but guess what.
The help message goes through Captcha and I couldn't send it because I get a "CAPTCHA VALIDATION ERROR" Imagine that. Please fix it ASAP

Go back to the old means and method of purchase and at a decent price not a dollar a day that's for *** sure.
